29 November 2023, 30 November 2023, 1 December 2023, 2 December 2023, 3 December 2023 are all days where you can take part in workshops, conferences, dance, nature walks, team exercises and much more where you can discover that happiness, humour and good mood are in the air.
At this event we will better understand the mysteries of happiness and become aware, through proper practice, of the existence of this free method – accessible to everyone – of regeneration, harmonization and healing through laughter.
Together we will develop simple and effective techniques for:
- detecting internal programs that make us unhappy,
- rewriting these unhappy inner programs with happy ones,
- correct breathing,
- deep relaxation and creative visualization,
- regeneration by reconnecting to our inner resources,
- acquiring and maintaining a state of euphoric happiness,
- awareness of what happiness hormones mean to us,
- laughter therapy
- relaxation through walking,
- relaxation through dance and team games.
Every human being is, more or less consciously, in search of happiness. Most of us, when we find what we are looking for, when we get what we want, when a physiological state of pain passes, when we feel safe, when we are appreciated by those around us, when we have fulfilling relationships, we suddenly feel overwelmed by a state of well-being, of, we could say, happiness. This state is directly proportional to the importance we give to that aspect.
Researchers have studied this state of well-being, that we call ‘happiness’. They found that in the human brain, the feeling of inner well-being is translated by the secretion of a number of specific hormones, neurotransmitters that have been called ‘happiness hormones’. These are: dopamine, endorphins, oxytocin and serotonin.
