  • progressive relaxation techniques,
  • deep meditation techniques,
  • massage and self-massage,
  • relaxation techniques through art,
  • swimming,
  • spending quality time with loved ones,
  • eating as healthily as possible,
  • attending personal development sessions,
  • knowing when to ask for help and doing it,
  • to practice laughter therapy.
