Program

L - J, S: 10-14; V 14-20

29 November 2023, 30 November 2023, 1 December 2023, 2 December 2023, 3 December 2023 are all days where you can take part in workshops, conferences, dance, nature walks, team exercises and much more where you can discover that happiness, humour and good mood are in the air.

At this event we will better understand the mysteries of happiness and become aware, through proper practice, of the existence of this free method – accessible to everyone – of regeneration, harmonization and healing through laughter.

Together we will develop simple and effective techniques for:

  • detecting internal programs that make us unhappy,
  • rewriting these unhappy inner programs with happy ones,
  • correct breathing,
  • deep relaxation and creative visualization,
  • regeneration by reconnecting to our inner resources,
  • acquiring and maintaining a state of euphoric happiness,
  • awareness of what happiness hormones mean to us,
  • laughter therapy
  • relaxation through walking,
  • relaxation through dance and team games.

Every human being is, more or less consciously, in search of happiness. Most of us, when we find what we are looking for, when we get what we want, when a physiological state of pain passes, when we feel safe, when we are appreciated by those around us, when we have fulfilling relationships, we suddenly feel overwelmed by a state of well-being, of, we could say, happiness. This state is directly proportional to the importance we give to that aspect.
Researchers have studied this state of well-being, that we call ‘happiness’. They found that in the human brain, the feeling of inner well-being is translated by the secretion of a number of specific hormones, neurotransmitters that have been called ‘happiness hormones’. These are: dopamine, endorphins, oxytocin and serotonin.

Why are happiness hormones important?

  • It has been scientifically proven that a lack of these hormones in our body leads to a state of sadness, while their presence in an optimal amount leads to a state of well-being and happiness.
  • We will know how to proceed in order to generate at will a state of well-being, of joy, of calm and serenity, of contentment, of euphoria and to experience intense beneficial states.
  • Whether you know about these hormones or not, your brain will continue to produce them when it wants to communicate with the rest of your organs.
  • To experience states of happiness.
  • People suffering from depression have low levels of serotonin. Happy people have an optimal level of serotonin, sleep and eat well, have a greater ability to remember and learn, and have a better mood.
  • To learn and remember we also need dopamine which, unlike serotonin, makes us memorise activities labelled as ‘pleasurable’. Dopamine underpins the body’s reward mechanism.
  • Oxytocin is also called the „love hormone” because it is secreted when two or more people touch and embrace, and when lovers kiss and make love in intimate relationships.
  • Endorphins are also known as ‘the body’s painkillers’ because they help the body when there is stress, discomfort or pain. Movement helps a lot to produce endorphins, which is why yoga and sport are recommended for overcoming depression.

A smile does more good than 1,000 words and a belly laugh can regenerate physically and emotionally tremendously! This is not always very easy, especially for adults, whose inhibitions, tensions of all kinds, responsibilities and worries have taken away this wonderful ability, which in children manifests itself spontaneously.

Why laugh?

  • It is very healthy and enjoyable to laugh and the beneficial effects can be felt immediately
  • Laugh stimulates the production of endorphins, the body’s painkillers.
  • Yoga laughter can be practised by anyone.
  • No special clothes, or a particularly good laughing mood is required, performing this technique in unison will have a contagious, profound and rapidly regenerating effect.
  • Laughter has many mental, physical, emotional and other benefits.
  • Removes stress, depression, and pessimism.
  • Greatly improves the immune system.
  • Lung capacity is developed through deep breathing, increasing oxygen supply to all parts of the body.
  • Laughter provides an excellent massage of the internal digestive tract and improves the blood supply to the internal organs.
